Welcome to the Festival! We are screening daily a collection of local and global Independent Drama, Documentary, Horror, Sci-Fi, and other genre based films at UArts in Philadelphia, PA. We invite you to take part in our discussions held daily at citycoho.com and streamed live on Meerkat and Periscope. We are discussing the cross roads of digital media, film, education, and culture.
