Pyramid STEM Showcase

Saturday, April 1812:00pm–5:00pm

There are so many organizations that have Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)-related programs, products, services, classes or careers that we all need to know about. Many might be free or low-cost.

There is also a disparity in the minority and African American communities as it relates to awareness of the various aspects of STEM. The Pyramid STEM Showcase is the opportunity to get the word out – not just on paper, but with hands-on displays that excite and peak the interest.

The showcase will:

  • Have touch and feel exposure to science and technologies exhibits
  • Information sessions
  • Have African American inventors and history exhibits
  • Recurring Hour of Code in the computer lab
  • Student competitions
  • Giveaways

Educate everyone on aspects of technology in their day-to-day lives

This event is a part of Philly Tech Week's Access Conference Day. Check out the full list of Access Conference events.
