Alexandra Hoefinger
About Me
A former English teacher in NYC, Alexandra transitioned to a career in programming out of an interest in creating and building projects on the web. She took her first coding class with GDI Philly in Fall 2012, and a year later started as a front-end developer at Urban Outfitters, where she mainly works with AngularJS, ES6, and a number of other JavaScript libraries.
She continues to participate in the GDI community as an instructor, TA, and student, and when she’s not spending her time hacking on web projects, Alexandra works on lots of handmade craft projects and blogs about them at philodendron.co/.
