Chris Cera is the CEO of Arcweb Technologies (http://arcweb.co), a product development agency specializing in the finance and healthcare industries, and recently recognized as 2015's second-fastest growing company in Philadelphia by the Philly100. Prior to Arcweb Technologies he co-founded Vuzit, a cloud document management software company that was acquired by Accusoft. He also co-founded Philly Startup Leaders, one of the city's largest non-profit organizations dedicated to providing the region's entrepreneurs with information, inspiration, and community. He has won or been a finalist for ten awards as CEO of Arcweb Technologies including the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce 2016 Small Business Person of the Year. He has co-authored three patents, twelve peer-reviewed publications, and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Drexel University.
