Jelani McCoy is the founder of Watchful Eye Security LLC, in 2004. He has Baccalaureate in Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland College Park at, MD. and studied Business Management in WV.

Mr. McCoy owns and operates an electrical contracting company located out of Wilmington, Delaware since 2000 where he leads a number of skilled electrical contractors, manages the deployment of materials, and project finance negotiations. He also works effectively with licensing and inspection agencies across various states to secure required permits to meet compliance and safety requirements.

Mr. McCoy has proven capabilities in proving the vision and leadership that allowed him to assemble the talent and commitment of the range of professions with the skill sets to successfully launch WES and to drive the company rapidly along its growth trajectory.
