Prior to joining Archer in 2009, Jen spent seven years in the New York City advertising world, working in both creative boutiques and established industry giants. She has managed integrated communications ­ including broadcast, print, OOH, online and emerging media ­ for brands such as Kraft, Johnson & Johnson, LG, The Coca-Cola Company, J.P. Morgan Chase and Six Flags Theme Parks.

A Delaware native, Jen moved back to her hometown in 2012 with her husband and two young children.
