John Varghese is the Director of Data Warehouse Development at Independence Blue Cross. He heads the Enterprise Data Warehouse team in Independence, and in this role, he provides end-to-end solutions in acquisitioning data, enriching it to provide better insights, present it in a user-friendly manner, and deliver it to internal and external clients and applications. A high talented work force consisting of Business Systems Analysts, Data Modelers, Developers, Testers, and Project Mangers makes his life easier in delivering quality data-driven solutions. The Informatics division and many other business areas in Independence heavily depend upon the Warehouse in decision making processes, clinically managing the members and predicting the likelihood of an event.

John holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India, and an Executive M.B.A from Fox School of Business, Temple University, Philadelphia.
